The teaching and examination content of the Dikes, Dams, Landfills module (GTE 02) includes: geotechnical characterisation, materials and their suitability, site search, the Habitats Directive, EIA tests, subsoil investigations, geotechnical and rock mechanical laboratory tests, hydrogeology, underground grouting, sealing walls, through-flow, asphalt core and surface sealing as well as stability verifications and deformation calculations.
